SpaceSPACE supports you and your baby throughout your first year together. Together with your little one, you’ll meet weekly over 20 weeks to explore parenting and your baby’s development in a safe, facilitated environment. Discuss sleep, attachment and brain development, you’ll enjoy music, books and play experiences while getting to know other new families and building strong relationships in your community.

Are you about to be a parent? First time or not, these free Antenatal classes will help you prepare for what you can expect during your pregnancy, labour and postpartum. A great way to meet other new parents living in your community.
